Based on your experience with CYA, what are some of the benefits of spending a semester or summer abroad? How has studying abroad contributed to your personal, academic, and professional development?

Studying abroad contributed to my personal development because it allowed me to find my independence. After the pandemic, it was really hard to branch out. Studying in Greece allowed me to do things on my own, find new friends, have amazing experiences that taught me so much about myself. I am going back home a more confident person who values rest and hard work.

What advice do you have for prospective students who are interested in or planning to study abroad with CYA?

Come with an open mindset. Come willing to try new things. And most importantly, come willing to walk hours upon hours to explore - it is beautiful.
