Based on your experience with CYA, what are some of the benefits of spending a semester or summer abroad? How has studying abroad contributed to your personal, academic, and professional development?

It has helped me to learn about other cultures and the history of other people that I normally wouldn’t learn about. It’s a way to also adapt to being in a foreign area and learn people’s customs and what they are used to. What advice do you have for prospective students who are interested in or planning to study abroad with CYA?

Be prepared to adjust in ways you wouldn’t normally think of. At times it can be very easy to get around and other times it can be a little overwhelming.
