April 1: Application deadline for both Summer Sessions. Applications received after April 1 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis pending availability of each course.
- April 10 – A non-refundable deposit of $500 per course is due if you are enrolled in a Session I and/or Session II program.
- May 1 – Final payment is due*
Students accepted after April 1 must pay in full by May 1.
*Those who are expecting financial assistance that will not be available before May 1 should pay the non-refundable deposit by April 10 and include a statement from their financial aid office giving the amount of aid expected and the anticipated date of disbursement.
All payments must be in US dollars.
Cancellations and Refunds
CYA reserves the right to cancel a program by April 1. If CYA cancels a program, all monies paid will be returned to the student, including the non-refundable deposit.
If a student cancels by April 31, all money received above the $500 non-refundable deposit per program will be refunded.
If a student cancels up to 20 days before the start of the program, 50% of the program fee will be refunded.
If a student cancels within 19 days from the start of the program, NO REFUND will be given.
