Summer Payment & Refund Policy
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, CYA’s Payment and Refund Policy for Summer 2021 courses has been amended as follows:
Due to the fluidity of the situation caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, CYA reserves the right to cancel a summer course by May 15, 2021, in which case all monies will be returned.
- Final payment due date is extended to May 22.
- A $400 confirmation deposit is due within 3 weeks of acceptance with balance due on May 22.
- Those who are expecting financial assistance that will not be available before May 1st should pay the deposit and include a statement from their financial aid office giving the amount of aid expected and the anticipated date of disbursement.
- All payments must be in US dollars. Checks should be made payable to ‘College Year in Athens, Inc.’
Summer 2021 Refund Policy
CYA will issue a full refund to students who withdraw from a Summer 2021 course for reasons beyond their control, such as travel or quarantine restrictions due to the worldwide COVID-19 situation.
