The CYA Media Lab would like to welcome four new interns into the team. Every Semester, the Media Lab is happy to gain new collaborators! This semester, our interns are Alexa Macaulay, Kate Harges, Tyanna Xavier,  and Kellen Seth! You can look forward to seeing their creative projects, articles and stories.

Hello! My name is Alexa and I’m from Richmond, Virginia. I’m a junior at Trinity College in Connecticut double majoring in Economics and Psychology. I have already fallen in love with Greece and am so excited for the semester ahead! I’m looking forward to exploring everything that Greece has to offer and am thankful for the opportunity to be able to share my experiences through this internship.

Hi! My name is Kate Harges and I’m a senior at Connecticut College majoring in Psychology. I have absolutely loved my time in Athens so far and have eaten enough gyros to last a lifetime. Growing up, I always loved documenting my family trips through short videos and photos. Studying abroad in Athens, and being a CYA Media Lab Intern, I’m so excited to be doing the same.

Hello, I’m Tyanna Xavier and I am a junior at Siena College. I live in Connecticut, but I have always wanted to travel as much as I could and I thought Greece would be a great place to start. I love vlogging, marketing, fashion, trying new foods and keeping up with the latest trends. I’m excited to be one of the new four Media Lab interns and I hope that I can bring a lot of creative ideas to the table!

Hey all! My name is Kellen Seth from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and I’m a double major in both Philosophy and Rhetoric, Film/Screen Studies at Bates College in Maine. It is an honor to be a part of such a committed team that’s dedicated to capturing our CYA experience in a special way. So far my journey in Athens has been eye-opening and educational. As a MediaLab Intern, I will use my photography and videography skills to best relay my experience to you.
