Stavroula Katsikari is PhD candidate at the Institute of Nuclear & Radiological Sciences and Technology, Energy & Safety, of the National Centre for Scientific Research “Demokritos” and the School of Chemical Engineering, Section of Process and Systems Analysis, Design and Development, National Technical University of Athens. She holds a Diploma of Chemical Engineering from National Technical University of Athens (2023). She currently works within the framework of the Horizon project InChildHealth, which aims to integrate health, environmental, technical and social sciences research to identify determinants for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and evaluate their impact in environments occupied by school children. She participated in the educational activities implemented in schools under the project, promoting science communication, supporting students’ understanding of the research objectives, and encouraging their active participation in the measurement process.
