The Psychology of Happiness, Meaning, and Resilience
This course provides an in-depth exploration of the scientific foundations and practical applications of positive psychology, the study of what makes life most worth living. Placing an emphasis on evidence-based data, students will investigate the psychological factors that contribute to human flourishing, including happiness, character strengths, meaning, and positive relationships.
